Explore Altioras Global’s advising demonstration with fictional students. This is a demonstration, not an official Texas State University service.

Prototype ownership and evaluation

This demonstration is presented under the Altioras Global brand. NXIQ AI LLC reserves its rights in its original prototype software, designs and materials. Viewing the demo does not transfer ownership. Please obtain permission before copying or redistributing NXIQ’s proprietary demo materials. University content, trademarks and third-party components remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

Public sources. Fictional students.

Course, program and campus information is drawn from public sources, including the Texas State catalog and class search. Student identities, academic histories and advising scenarios are fictional. Public information and AI answers may be incomplete or out of date. Verify important details with the university.

Integrations are not connected

The backend includes scaffolding and configuration for future Ellucian Ethos and Degree Works integrations. These integrations are not implemented end to end, connected to Texas State systems, or tested with university data. Institutional authorization, configuration, development and validation are still required.

Saving a plan does not register classes, submit an official advising request or confirm degree eligibility. Plans and AI suggestions need review by an academic advisor.

Keep real personal information out

Use fictional information only. Do not enter student records, student IDs, passwords, financial or health information, or other confidential university information.

The demo uses a session cookie and stores demonstration plans, preferences, advising activity and operational records. When you use AI, your question and relevant demo context may be sent to OpenAI; Ask Bobcat may search public sources. Hosting and AI providers also process information needed to operate their services.

Privacy, ownership and evaluation details

How demonstration data is used

NXIQ AI LLC uses demonstration activity to provide the requested features, maintain saved demo work and support operation and protection of the prototype. This entry screen does not collect your name or email address or sign you up for marketing. Do not assume questions or saved activity are confidential.

The demo session expires after eight hours. This is not a deletion deadline: saved demo records may remain afterward, and an automatic deletion schedule has not been implemented. This prototype has not completed a university security or accessibility approval process.

For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact contact@nxiqsolutions.ai. Include your demo session reference if available; do not email student records or other sensitive information.

Public availability does not make source material public domain.

Texas State University has not endorsed, sponsored or approved this prototype. Acknowledging this notice does not bind the university, create a nondisclosure agreement, authorize access to university systems, or override applicable law, public-records obligations or any executed agreement.
